SOBRE EL EVENTO
Funds Society se complace en invitarte a la II edición del Investment Summit Chile que se celebrará el 13 de noviembre en Pirque (Santiago de Chile) en colaboración con FlexFunds.
Las conferencias se celebrarán en el hotel Las Majadas Pirque, construido en 1907 por el arquitecto Alberto Cruz Montt. El palacio de estilo francés está en medio de un parque de 10 hectáreas diseñado por Guillermo Renner, bordeado de árboles centenarios que invitan a la paz y al descanso del ajetreo y el bullicio de Santiago.
Allianz GI, Natixis IM y Vanguard serán las entidades encargadas de presentar sus estrategias más iluminadoras. El jueves 13 de noviembre, las gestoras realizarán sus presentaciones a los asistentes, que estarán divididos en grupos y esa misma noche disfrutaremos de una agradable cata y cena en el hotel.
Funds Society dispondrá de un autobús desde Santiago al hotel para quien lo necesite.

Tomás Guzmán Simpfendorfer, Business Development Manager
Tomás Guzmán Simpfendorfer works at FlexFunds as Business Development Manager for Chile, where he identifies growth opportunities and builds strategic partnerships with key clients in the region. He graduated as a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Finance from the University of Los Andes (Chile). Tomás previously held leadership positions in local and offshore product development at Compass Group.

Dan Larkin joined Vanguard in 2016 as a senior product manager in Vanguard Portfolio Review Department, where he is responsible for supporting the active taxable fixed income product lineup, including: monitoring each fund’s positioning and performance in the markets, communicating about our products internally and externally, and driving and implementing product improvements.

Counsel
Florencia Trevisi serves as Senior International Legal Counsel at FlexFunds. She is a lawyer, holding a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and a Master’s in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University. Florencia began her professional career at law firms in Argentina and spent the last 10 years working as a Senior Lawyer at the international bank HSBC Bank Argentina.

Maricarmen is Head of Alternatives Distribution at VinciCompass, leading the distribution of alternative products to institutional investors and intermediaries in Chile. Previously, she served as Manager of Third-Party and Global Products and Deputy Product Manager. Before that, she worked in asset management and financial planning at LarrainVial.

Dr. Eckhard Weidner, CIIA, Head of Product Specialists Systematic Equity
Eckhard Weidner is the Head of Product Specialists Systematic Equity since December 2022. Eckhard works closely with the Systematic Equity team, his primary role is to oversee the product specialist function for this capability. Eckhard has 28 years of financial-industry experience. Before joining Allianz Global Investors, he was Co-Head of Investment Due Diligence at HSBC Private Banking.
